Here is the Land that we purchase a Month Ago, Still nothing over it hopefully in few weeks from now the Slab will be there

Wardrobe

As you know I took out the shelving for all the wardrobe, the story is like this. We went to dale alcock homes , and they are using nice shelving, we would like to be like that because is actually saving some space and also is looks nice.
Due our house has a limited linen cabinet, We thinking to use a overhead cabinet. Any way, we were looking around for the cabinet maker and we accidentally going to the office decorator, when we were down there I saw the exact wardrobe. Then I asked them. I got Quote for 8k. and I was shock, and cant be bother do use that. and few hours later (when we were at home) I recieve a Phone and saying They give me 50% off...

and then WE TAKE IT :p.

Pre Start

The pre-start is done on 07/04/10

We spend 6 hours.. basicly we upgrade every single item, I feel sorry with the Prestart lady

Also we took out the floor tiles, carpet, shelving, painting from the builder contract, We gonna do it later.

We choose Patterson

After so many though, We choose Patterson Cottage

we meet the sales lady and start to fiddle with the design.

Choosing Design

We went to Ross North and recieved a catalogue for all their homes, We went home and look all the design. and from all the Design we like two design, Flinders Cottage and Patterson Cottage
both design is part of the Ross North Signature Series which is include Ducted Inverter Reverse Cycle Air Con & Up of the Range Kitchen Appliances (all AEG Electrolux)

Flinders Cottage
The Flinders Cottage is great, All the room is Big but down side is has less room than the Patterson Cottage, and also it look more modern and contemporary, The flinders also is 5k extra than patterson.

Patterson Cottage
For the Patterson Cottage is has alot of room, but the house style is like a country traditional homes, the room size is good size, it has a study room

Looking for land Process

The first time we look for home is actually only for fun, but suddenly we are decided that we want to get a land

first land (16/01/2010) we look were in Ellenbrook area, We found this area is very vibrant and nice potential to be a satelite city, but there is a downside, The area were to FAR from city, also is very far from our relatives..

After three days, We were looking around in the South area, My friends told me there is a Land in Piara Water.

We went down there, Immediately we feel in love with the area. then we go to the land office, BAD news, There is no land available in the area.

Then I told my partner, "well, we should go around and see display homes". After hours seeing so many display homes, we went to Ross North Display homes (Minara). Suddenly we are fell in love with the quality of the building and finish, And we asked them if they have any land some where in this area (Piara Waters), They said they have. but it will be title in June - July, and We are not keen to wait till that time.

We go home. and look on Realestate.com.au, and found the land that we want (already title) and surprisingly the land was on hold by Ross North.

Next day we contact them, and guess what... the land still available.

is only 360 m2. rear lane garage (that's what we want). we put an offer and got discount for the land , and few weeks later the land is ours.

What weird things is we bought 360 m2, and then it become 384 m2, apparently the paper was old and mis-print

so basicly we pay for 360 m2 land and get 384 m2

we got the land on 05/03/2010
